These terms govern your access to and use of GuardPilot. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and GuardPilot. If you use GuardPilot on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
GuardPilot monitors dark-web sources and infostealer malware logs for credentials you ask us to watch, alerts you when it finds an exposure, and provides AI-generated summaries, recovery guidance, and reminders to help you respond. GuardPilot is a monitoring and guidance tool — it does not access your accounts or remediate incidents on your behalf.
You’re responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree that you will only use GuardPilot to monitor:
You agree not to use GuardPilot to monitor, investigate, or surveil people or organizations without authorization, to attempt to access data that isn’t yours, to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, or to use it for any unlawful purpose.
GuardPilot offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel or change your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our prices with reasonable advance notice.
GuardPilot’s AI incident responder produces summaries and recovery recommendations to help you understand and respond to exposures. This guidance is informational and provided on a best-effort basis. It is not legal, financial, or professional security advice, and it may not be complete or correct for every situation. You are responsible for the actions you take. For high-stakes incidents, consider consulting a qualified professional.
We work to keep GuardPilot available and effective, but breach and malware data is inherently incomplete — an absence of alerts does not guarantee you have not been exposed. We provide the service “as is” and may modify or discontinue features over time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuardPilot disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. GuardPilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from a security incident that we did not detect or that occurred despite an alert. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using GuardPilot and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
